Q: Are the Wooden Dummies and Dragon Poles painted? Why or Why not?
A: All our Wooden Dummies and Dragon Poles come in NATURAL wood color and are NOT painted.
We believe the most beautiful and elegant parts of any woods/logs are their natural colors and textures. Our competitors use paint to cover up big patch jobs, jointed , glued & laminated parts.

Q: Can I purchase the WING CHUN. DUMMY without the portable stand?
A: For aesthetic and durability issue, we strongly recommend our W.C Dummy with our portable stand. All our portable stands are constructed from SOLID TEAK/ SUMATERA Hard wood as well and thus can withstand the heavy weights of our dummy. However, we also sell our dummy without the portable stand.
Q: Are we contributing to the destruction of exotic trees and forests in another country?
A: All hard woods used by CRANES PRODUCTION come from responsibly managed forests. To maintain the replenish resource status, only logs with government issued licenses are used.
Q: How do we maintain our beautiful W.C. Dummy and Dragon pole?
A: As with all wood products, keep away from direct sunlight and apply wood oil whenever necessary. We highly recommend WATCO Teak Oil. Available at The HOME DEPOT or LOWES.
Q: How do you get damaged / defective DVD Replaced / Upgraded ?
A: Simple, send us the defective DVD and proof of purchase from Authorized Distributors, include return postage ( U$ 10.00@ ) and a RETURN address, we'll get BRAND NEW replacements your way in no time.
