Biography
Sifu Gary Lam ( Lam Man Hoc )
Sifu Gary Lam trained with the Legendary Sifu Wong Shun Leung , for 15 years and served as the instructor at Wong's school in Hong Kong for an additional 6 years.
As one of Sifu Wong Shun Leung's top student, Sifu Lam put his Wing Chun skills to test by entering tournaments and destroying the competition. His excellent fighting skills made him the undefeated champion of the Hong Kong Full Contact Tournament in 1978-1979. His trophies and titles are too numerous to mention.
In recognition of his Wing Chun skills and character, his Wing Chun peers in Hong Kong elected him as the President of the Hong Kong Wing Chun Society in 1991.
Sifu Gary Lam was awarded Sifu of the Year in 2006 and received an award for the World Ving Tsun Athletic Association Hall of Fame for his contributions to Ving Tsun.

Ari Bolden is the Chief Instructor at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Victoria. He has been involved in the martial arts since 1984, and took a special interest in the grappling arts at a young age. Ari studies directly under Eddie Bravo (the creator of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Jean Jacques Machado) and is currently ranked as a purple belt in the system and is the highest ranking 10th Planet Instructor in Canada
Sensei Bolden's main martial art study included Daito Ryu Aiki Jujitsu, Goshin Jujitsu, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, Submission wrestling and Shin Shin Toistu and Aikikai Aikido.
Ari is also the creator of SUBMISSIONS 101, one of the largest jiu jitsu video sites on the web and the most viewed and popular jiu jitsu videos on You Tube. He is a certified private investigator, author of 2 books, has over 13 years experience as a nightclub bouncer and does seminar lecturers on the topics of self defense and night club security training.

Principal Instructor of the ‘Melbourne
David Peterson, 52, has been training in the Chinese martial arts since 1973. He became a student of Sifu Wong Shun Leung after travelling to Hong Kong in 1983. Peterson is a speaker of both the Mandarin and Cantonese dialects, and principal instructor of the ‘Melbourne Chinese Martial Arts Club’ (MCMAC) which he established in 1983, and where he instructs in the “Wong Shun Leung Way "
Peterson is one of only two qualified instructors of Wong’s system in Australia, authorised by Sifu Wong personally before his death, and a fully endorsed member of the world-wide ‘Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) Martial Arts Association’ and the Hong Kong-based 'Ving Tsun Athletic Association'.
A highly respected seminar presenter of the ‘WSL Method’ of Wing Chun, both in Australia and overseas, since 1998, Peterson has travelled to the U.S.A three times, the U.K eleven times, twice to Denmark and Bulgaria, and once to both Japan and Holland .
