Exchange Policy
All products are carefully inspected before we ship them out. In the rare event that the products arrive damaged, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) immediately ( Within 48 hours ). Upon inspection and approval by the carriers and us, we will gladly replace the items.

Wooden Dummy Set must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals,screws, bolts, nuts in undamaged, clean and brand new condition.
Buyers are responsible for all freight charges and insurance (including exchange/return).
Original Shipping freights and insurance are not refundable.
DVD, VIDEOS and BOOKS will be exchanged for the exact same title only.
