Sensei Marie Frazier is a Yoga / Fitness instructor, who also has a second degree Black Belt in Karate Gosuku Ryu. Growing up in her native Sweden, physical motion and fitness were always a part of her daily life. Marie received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Gothenburgh. Moving to the US in 1991, she found her way to martial arts and yoga. Apart from teaching Yoga, Fitness and Martial arts, Marie enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, tennis and trail running.
