Please note : Shipping estimators are provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). We do NOT mark-up on freight. If you feel the quoted rate is too high, please email us and we’ll try to do something to earn your Business !  

We also do NOT believe in adding HANDLING charges to our customers. You give us the business and it’s our duties to prepare and handle the packaging

  • We use USPS/UPS/ FEDEX to ship within the U.S. and require a street address to do so.
  • Shipping charges are automaticaly calculated if USPS option is chosen.
  • We also ship worldwide. Please email us with the destination information for an estimated shipping charge.
  • All Orders before 3.00 P.M P.S.T will be processed and dispatched the SAME day !

BUYERS OUTSIDE U.S.A.

  • We ship all our products worldwide !. Different shipping options and rates are available for International customers as each country has its own duty, custom and import regulation. Please email for an exact quote.

DVD : For 1 or 2 DVD to the same delivery address.    
Domestic : U$ 3.50-7.50 @ depending on type of service selected ( First Class / Priority ) and delivery destination.                                               
International : About U$ 12.75-25.95 depending on countries and type of service selected.
 

Book: For 1-2 book to the same address
Domestic : U$ $4.95-9.50 @ depending on type of service selected. ( First Class / Priority) and delivery destination.
International : About U$ 16.95-33.95 depending on countries and type of service selected. 

Butterfly Knives  : 
Domestic : About U$ 25.00-30.00 per pair via UPS with tracking number
International : About U$ 75.00 via USPS PRIORITY.

Dragon Pole:
Domestic:U$ 35.00-45.00 per pole depending on regions. Items will be shipped via UPS /FEDEX
International : Varies due to oversize length. Please email CranesProduction@gmail.com for further quote.

 
Note :If you or your training partners need more than 1 Dragon Pole, we strongly advise that they’re ordered and shipped to the same address in one shipment. Shipping 1-2 poles costs almost the same ! 
 
Wooden Dummy Complete Set : 
Domestic :U$ 100.00 and up per set depending on regions. Items will be shipped via UPS /FEDEX with insurance.
International : Varies due to different countries import rules, but they can be done for sure ! We have shipped many sets to Germany, Australia, Italy, France, Switzerland ,U.K ,Malaysia and China. Please email CranesProduction@gmail.com for further quote.

  • Military/ APO address are considered as International rate zones
Exchange Policy
All products are carefully inspected before we ship them out. In the rare event that the products arrive damaged, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) immediately ( Within 48 hours ). Upon inspection and approval by the carriers and us, we will gladly replace the items.
Wooden Dummy set must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals,screws, bolts, nuts in undamaged, clean and brand new condition.
 
Buyers are responsible for all freight charges and insurance (including exchange/return).
Original Shipping freights and insurance are not refundable.
Defective DVDs and books will be exchanged for the exact same title only.
